All orders will be sent with tracking service to provide proof of delivery to avoid any lost / stolen in the mail. However, if your orders have been lost/stolen in the mail, please contact us orders@asanoproduction.com We will contact Japan Post to proof it, then we will re-send your order again without any extra charges. In any case, we can not accept any change of your order, cancel, or refund of your payment.
